Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $100 per pet, per stay.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Self check-in with a smart lock; your door code arrives at least 48 hours before arrival.
Are kayaks included?
Yes. Kayaks are provided and the Glover River is right behind the backyard. River levels change with rainfall upstream, so check conditions before you paddle.
Is the cabin good for little kids?
Yes. Pack-n-play, high chair, kids' dishes, a playground with zip line, and a game loft with Nintendo Switch.
What is the minimum stay?

Built in 2023 on the quiet edge of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, our riverfront cabin sleeps up to 13 and puts the Glover River right behind the backyard. Most of our guests are families and small groups of 6 to 10, so there is room for everyone to spread out.

Every bedroom has a Roku smart TV and opens to a terrace. A pack-n-play and high chair are available.
Kitchen and coffee bar
Fully stocked kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances, a dining table plus bar seating. Coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee (grounds, pods, tea, sugar and creamer provided). Air fryer, Cuckoo rice cooker, blender, 2 toasters, electric kettle, water filter pitcher, cookware and bakeware, and kid-friendly dishes and utensils.
Game loft and screened deck
The loft has a TV, foosball table and a board-game play area, plus a Nintendo Switch with 4-player Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It opens to the screened second-floor deck with lounge seating, ping pong and outdoor games, with a half bath upstairs.
Outdoors
The lower deck off the living room has a private hot tub, a propane grill, 2 dining tables seating 12 and a sitting area for 4. In the backyard: a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, cornhole, and a playground with zip line, monkey bars, swings, cargo net, ninja sticks, dips and pull-up bars, lit in the evening.
The river
Public river access from the backyard. Kayaks are provided, and guests fish for bass and catfish a few steps from the yard. There is a swim spot to the right, by the last house on the street. Glover River levels change daily with rainfall upstream, so check conditions before you paddle.
Free gym access
Free 24/7 access to Sweat Shack Broken Bow (infrared sauna, cold plunge, free weights and cardio), about 15 minutes away. Local members and other guests may be there too.
Parking and EV charging
Free parking with room for boats, kayaks or ATVs, and a Tesla charger on site.
House rules
- Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM (early or late on request when available)

- Quiet hours 11 PM to 7 AM
- Firewood is not provided
